The Silk Tree was founded in 1983 to supply weavers, spinners, and knitters with quality first class silk yarns and fibers. All of our silks and fibers are processed in Switzerland www.swissmountainsilk.com  and Italy. We are currently providing well known artists with these silk yarns around the world. A wide selection of yarns supplied by The Silk Tree is sold at the Silk Weaving Studio in Vancouver. We currently have 20 different kinds of 100% silk yarns, 7 kinds of silk-blends, and 6 kinds of  fibers (for spinning) in stock.
